In Sweden, semlor are traditionally eaten on Fat Tuesday, a delicious calorie blowout before the fasting of Lent. They are SO delicious, however, that nowadays, the semla (singular) season stretches from around New Year to Easter! Here's a recipe, if you want to try them: We always like to add chopped
